Production
Production usually takes 7–14 days after Caliente reviews and approves the required measurements. Time spent waiting for measurements or resolving fit questions is separate from that window.
United States delivery
Caliente currently ships across the United States. Standard domestic shipping is expected to cost approximately $20–$40 for most orders. The final available rate and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Transit timing
Carrier transit begins after production is complete and is separate from the 7–14 day production estimate. Tracking is provided when the order ships. Carrier delays may occur outside Caliente’s control.
Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if a delivery address needs to change. An address cannot always be changed after a carrier has accepted the package.
Made-to-measure returns
Because each dress is produced for an individual fit, return eligibility differs from ready-to-wear. The specific terms shown at checkout apply to the order. Contact Caliente promptly before sending anything back so the fit, alteration, repair, replacement, or return options can be reviewed.
Damage or order error
If a dress arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order, contact us within seven days of delivery and keep the packaging. Include clear photographs so we can review the issue and propose the appropriate remedy.
