Using the store
You must provide accurate information, use the store lawfully, and keep account credentials private. We may limit access when necessary to protect customers, the store, or the brand.
Made-to-measure orders
Caliente dresses are made to order using the fit information approved for the dress. Product photography, display settings, and handcrafted production can create small variations in color, finish, and appearance.
Measurements and approval
You are responsible for submitting accurate measurements and responding to fit questions. Caliente reviews the fit before production, but production cannot begin until required information is complete. Dress-specific measurements may be requested in addition to the starting fit profile.
Prices and payment
Prices, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown before checkout. An order is accepted when payment is authorized and Caliente confirms the order. We may correct an obvious pricing or availability error before accepting an order.
Production and delivery
The estimated production window begins after fit approval, not at the moment of checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by measurement follow-up, material availability, carriers, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.
Returns and problems
Made-to-measure items require special review. The terms shown at checkout and our shipping and returns policy apply to each order. Contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what was confirmed.
Intellectual property
The Caliente name, dress designs, images, text, graphics, and site presentation are owned by or licensed to Caliente and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
Service availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the store. To the extent permitted by law, Caliente is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the store.
